Study on ?-CL-20 Coated with a Wax/F2311 Double-Layer Composite Structure

چکیده

In order to reduce the mechanical sensitivity of ?-CL-20, wax and fluororubber polymers were used as coating materials desensitizers coat ?-CL-20 by water suspension method. Through molecular dynamics calculations, fluorine rubber F2311, which had a good combination with was selected material then ?-CL-20-based composite particles double-layer structure prepared. The contact angles water, glycerin diiodomethane testing liquids on surface F2311 measured angle measuring instrument, thermodynamic parameters ?-CL-20/F2311 ?-CL-20/wax interface calculated. before after characterized scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffractometry (XRD), differential calorimetry (DSC), analytical results showed that F2311/wax uniformly passivated forming dense uniform protective film, CL-20 crystal form did not change coating. effectively reduces improves thermal stability ?-CL-20.
